CANCELLATION POLICY
We offer a 15-minute grace period. After the grace- period is over your appointment will be considered a no-show and would need to be rescheduled. The card on file will be charged a 20% fee from the original price of the service that was booked for any no-shows. However, if something arose that lead to a no-show, please let us be aware as our time is valuable as soon as possible. The fee is also applicable for a cancellation 2-hours before scheduled appointment.
